The Award is held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of the Executive Council of Dubai.
The Award recognizes outstanding achievements in sports locally, regionally, and globally, promoting excellence, inspiration, and positive change through sport.
