Tamika Tremaglio
Former Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA)
Tamika Tremaglio leads Secretariat’s Global Sports Consulting practice, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in sports, business, finance, and advisory services. A lawyer and MBA, she is known for her strategic insight and ability to drive transformative change across sports, media, and entertainment organisations. Previously, she served as Executive Director of the National Basketball Players Association and as Managing Principal of Deloitte’s Greater Washington office. Tremaglio also serves on more than 20 boards, including the Born This Way Foundation.
